<p>Interessiert auch einen wie mich, der seit Jahren (genauer: seit 5 Jahren) die Berliner Zeitung liest, sie seit Jahren den Bach hinunter (schwäbisch: &#8216;n Bach naah) gehen sieht, keine wirkliche Alternative sieht und seiner <a title="The Washington Post" href="http://Washingtonpost.com">alten Lokalzeitung</a> hinterhertrauert:</p> <blockquote><p>Was wir zur Zeit haben, das ist ja schon die abgespeckte Süddeutsche. Die Idee hinter <a href="http://getsatisfaction.com/">Get Satisfaction - People-Powered Customer Service </a>mag ja gut <em>gemeint</em> sein: Wenn eine Firma zu klein, zu arm oder auch nur zu geizig ist, Tech Support selbst zu leisten, überlässt man das eben den Usern (und streut den einen oder anderen Alibi-Mitarbeiter dazwischen, damit das Flehen der User nicht völlig verhallt in den Weiten des Internetzes).</p> <p>Nicht so doll ist es, den Laden dann aber auch &#8220;Get Satisfaction&#8221; zu nennen. Denn einerseits ist von <em>satisfaction</em> nur bedingt die Rede, wenn der einzige Erkenntnisgewinn der ist, dass man mit seinem Problem nicht allein ist. Und andererseits löst ein Firmen- bzw.
